After completing a comprehensive assessment, Bally's Corporation has recently revealed that the company has entered into exclusive long-term agreements with Kambi Group Plc and White Hat Gaming.

Bally's Corporation Signs Long-Term US Deals with Kambi and White Hat Gaming

Kambi, a globally-recognized sports betting partner, and White Hat Gaming, a top-notch PAM platform solution, will supply their technology integration and licensing across regulated jurisdictions to Bally's. The deal aims to grow Bally's online and physical sportsbooks, increasing customer engagement.

Following the agreements, Bally's has taken another stride towards long-term advancement with Kambi and White Hat. The development follows the organization's revamping of its North America Interactive division. The restructuring of Bally's technical division in the United States will create a more efficient and cost-effective approach to the highly competitive market.

Bally's Corporation's Board of Directors Chairperson, Soo Kim, remarked:

"We are very excited to have entered into long-term agreements with both Kambi and White Hat -- two of the world's most established and trusted gaming technology companies. By combining Kambi's and White Hat's unparalleled technology with our online and retail gaming footprint, Bally's will be optimally positioned to achieve significant scale and capture substantial market share in the global gaming market, supporting our vision of becoming the premier, full-service, vertically integrated casinos and resorts, online sports betting, and iGaming company."

White Hat Gaming's Chief Executive Officer, Phillip Gelvan, commented:

"We are excited to partner with an innovative gaming company such as Bally's, whose vision for growth and diversification complements that of White Hat. We are confident that our core technology, including our best-in-class PAM solution, plus our managed service offering, will not only enhance the Bally's experience and player engagement, but also support its expansion strategy."

This is one of the many deals completed by White Hat Gaming in the rapidly growing online betting scene in the US. In March, the company announced its launch in Massachusetts after inking deals with Barstool Sports and WynnBet, leading regulated betting sites in the country. Before that, in January, White Hat Gaming started the year in style after getting the necessary permit to operate in Ohio. The company is now legal in 16 states where online sports betting is regulated.
