The Netflix documentary series "Under Pressure: The U.S. Women’s World Cup Team" will premiere on December 12, showcasing the USWNT’s 2023 World Cup campaign. The team, considered favorites after winning four world titles, suffered a shocking exit in the last-16, losing to Sweden on penalties. This marked the first time the USWNT had been eliminated before the semi-final stage of the Women’s World Cup. The series will provide an inside look into the team, featuring veteran champions Alex Morgan and Lindsey Horan, rising star Alyssa Thompson, and World Cup first-timers Savannah DeMelo, Lynn Williams, and Kristie Mewis.
